Fictional guest journey: Fictional example: a guest arrives, reads the sample connection instructions and settles in the separate study. After finishing work, they close the door and spend the evening in the living room. A real host would replace the imagined connectivity and support details with verified information. Example routines for a future operator to verify: Check the chair, desk, lamp, power access and cables between stays; Check the connection at the work position and keep support instructions current; Inspect the workroom door and clean the study without leaving guest data or belongings.
