Fictional guest journey: Fictional example: a small group uses the two preparation positions for different parts of dinner, then gathers at the covered table. They clear dishes along the service edge before returning to the living space. Cooking is guest-led; there is no included chef, catering or class. Example routines for a future operator to verify: Check the fuller cookware and tableware inventory between stays; Clean and inspect extraction, appliances, refrigeration and dishwashing equipment; Reset the supper terrace and check surfaces, drainage and weather protection.
