How to sync your Airbnb calendar with Host Pilot
Yes, you can sync Airbnb with Host Pilot. Copy the private iCal URL for your Airbnb listing, then paste it into Calendar Sync in Host Pilot. The two short videos below show the whole process.
Step 1
Copy your Airbnb iCal link
- 1. In Airbnb, open Calendar and choose the listing.
- 2. Open Availability, then Connect calendars.
- 3. Choose Connect to another website and copy the Airbnb calendar link.
Step 2
Save the link in Host Pilot
- 1. Open Calendar Sync and select the property.
- 2. Click Add an external calendar and select Airbnb.
- 3. Paste the URL, then click Add calendar.
What this connection includes
iCal imports availability, such as reserved or blocked dates. It does not import guest messages, prices, or listing details. Calendar updates are periodic and may not appear instantly.
Example: when Airbnb adds a reservation, those dates appear as unavailable in Host Pilot after the next calendar refresh.
