Your read-only hosting assistant
Ask HostPilot is a read-only assistant for authenticated hosts. It answers questions from the information currently available in your HostPilot account, tells you when that information was checked, and can open the right screen when you want to make a change. It never edits, sends, publishes, confirms, cancels, or changes business data for you.
Available inside the HostPilot workspace. Answers are limited to data your account can access.

Current account data
Read-only by design
Safe navigation to the right screen
Use ordinary questions instead of searching several screens. HostPilot checks only the relevant, bounded account data and says when the answer is incomplete.
Ask what property information is available, which stay is next, or which reservations need attention.
Review current prices, calendar status, availability context, and the freshness of the data behind the answer.
Find missing information, understand the published setup, and open the correct editor when something needs updating.
See upcoming work, recent activity, or messages recorded in HostPilot without sending or completing anything automatically.
Ask HostPilot
A useful answer should identify the source, state any limitation, and make the next human action easy. It should not pretend that a change has already happened.
What is my next reservation?
HostPilot checks the reservations available to your account, identifies the next confirmed stay, reports when the data was checked, and offers a link to Reservations. If several properties could match, it asks you to choose instead of guessing.
Ask HostPilot helps you understand the current situation and reach the right workspace. Changes still happen through HostPilot’s normal screens, where you can review their effect before saving.
The assistant follows a deliberately narrow path so a fluent answer is never mistaken for an action.
It identifies whether the question concerns a property, reservation, price, calendar, guide, website, task, message, activity, or HostPilot help.
The server returns only the bounded information available to the authenticated account. Sensitive access details require an explicit request.
The response uses the returned information, includes freshness when it matters, and says when the account does not contain enough evidence.
When a host wants to act, HostPilot opens the relevant screen. The host reviews and completes the change in the normal interface.

Host Pilot uses different tools for different people. Keeping those roles clear prevents a host assistant from being confused with guest-facing service or automated communication.
A private, authenticated assistant that reads the host’s current operational data and helps the host navigate.
A guest-facing experience inside the digital guest guide, designed to answer stay questions from approved guide content.
Separate tools and templates for preparing or sending guest communication, with their own controls and responsibilities.
Ask HostPilot is the read-only assistant inside the authenticated HostPilot workspace. It answers questions using current account data and can open the relevant screen for the host.
No. It cannot change prices, availability, reservations, tasks, websites, guides, or messages. It can explain the current information and navigate you to the screen where you control the change.
It can query bounded information about properties, reservations, pricing, calendars, guest guides, websites, tasks, messages, recent activity, and HostPilot help, subject to the authenticated account’s access.
No. Ask HostPilot does not send guest messages. Guest communication and automation are separate Host Pilot workflows with their own controls.
HostPilot should say that the information is unavailable or ask which property you mean. It is instructed not to estimate, invent facts, or choose between several properties by itself.
Answers come from the current bounded account view returned for the question. The assistant reports the data-check time when freshness materially affects reservations, prices, calendars, or messages.
Open HostPilot, ask about the business information already in your workspace, and move directly to the screen that owns the next action.
