Hotel Review Comparison: How this analysis works

  1. 1

Paste two Booking.com property links or two Google Maps hotel links. Full URLs and supported share links work.

  2. 2

The tool collects up to ten recent reviews per hotel from the same platform. Names, ratings, dates and original text come from public sources; AI summarizes only supported guest observations.

  3. 3

Optional: choose up to three. This only reorders the report.

Illustrative example

One hotel's sampled reviews praise transport access but mention road noise. The other has quieter rooms but a longer journey to the center. The useful result is that tradeoff, not an unsupported declaration that one hotel is universally better.

Separate review samples retaining hotel attribution and review dates

What this result can and cannot tell you

  • Ten recent reviews per hotel may not capture all room types, seasons or traveler needs.
  • Booking.com scores remain /10 and Google scores /5. Overall ratings are separate from individual reviews and the analyzed sample.
  • Missing or short review text cannot establish a strength or concern. When one sample is unavailable, the report is explicitly incomplete and makes no comparative conclusion.
  • This comparison does not check current room availability, total booking prices or cancellation terms.

Questions before you start

How many hotels can I compare?

The free tool compares two hotels, using up to ten recent reviews per property.

Will it tell me which hotel to book?

It helps you compare guest-reported strengths and tradeoffs. Your needs, current prices and booking terms still determine the choice.

Are the review samples equivalent?

Not necessarily. Check the dates, sample sizes and traveler context for each property before comparing themes.

Which links work?

Full property links and supported public share links work. Use two Booking.com properties or two Google Maps hotels. Mixed sources, duplicate hotels, search results and private reservation links are not supported.
